Hello again,
I am a Product Designer who is always seeking new opportunities and challenges to sharpen my craft.
Commit, Trial, and Error
I can only atone my success through three words: commit, trial, and error. My greatest lessons learned have come from me embracing the challenge. I've always had a reputation for being inquisitive. It was this hunger, this curiosity for the unknown that led me into product design.
Every challenge is a call-to-action
Growing up as a first-generation immigrant has instilled in me the importance of perseverance and the belief that every challenge is a call-to-action to improve. As a Designer, I enjoy learning new perspectives and enriching my mind with different views & experiences. These experiences help me shape products into solutions that simplify people’s lives.

FAQs
Having seen the negative impact when business and customer objectives are not aligned. Everyone loses. Tired of these systemic problems not being addressed, I wanted to take action and contribute my knowledge and experience to tackling these foundational problems.
I believe that good designers excel in problem identification and contextualization through comprehensive research. They take a broad approach to ideation and refine their ideas through rigorous testing to arrive at the best solution. Good designers are meticulous in overseeing the design through development and implementation to ensure its success.
However, great designers take the process to the next level by being intentional about the outcomes they seek to achieve. They possess visionary thinking that enables them to understand how their projects fit within the context of larger goals. Additionally, great designers have a strong point of view and can articulate the reasoning behind every design decision they make. They are generalists who work collaboratively and are committed to solving the problem, not just pushing their own solutions.
I love being involved in the entire design process, from research to ideation and implementation, and watching the impact of my work as they are tested by the end users so that I can learn to iterate on any gaps. The part that I find myself particularly drawn to would be problem-solving and ideation because I enjoy identifying user needs and pain points and exploring different possibilities for a solution.
Another aspect of UX design that I am particularly passionate about is service and interaction design. Creating intuitive experiences and ensuring that under-represented groups have a voice and the information available and accessible is deeply rooted in my values. I believe that considering the needs and perspectives of all diverse groups can only serve to help create positive user experiences.
